To change your Airtel Digital TV packs/channels keep your registered mobile number with you and turn on your set-top box. Follow these steps to changes base pack, add on, regional packs, broadcaster’s bouquet or a-la-carte packs in Airtel Digital TV online.
- Visit the Airtel self-care portal.
- Enter registered mobile number with Airtel DTH and click on CLICK TO GET ONE TIME PASSWORD (OTP).
- You will receive an OTP on your mobile number registered with Airtel Digital TV, enter it and click on Login.
- Under Digital TV you can see customer ID of your Airtel Digital TV and a right array symbol. Click on it.
- Here you can see you active packs, a-la-carte or broadcasters bouquet. Based on your choice click on any option.
- Select packs and channels of your choice and once you are done click on Review and Buy.
- Click on Confirm button.
If your set-top box is on, changes will reflect within few minutes.
