Follow these steps to change combo packs, regional packs or a-la-carte channels online for D2h (formerly Videocon D2h)
- First, create an account on the D2h official portal.
- Enter your D2h customer ID, registered mobile number and your email in Customer ID, RTN, and email address field respectively.
- Choose any password of 8 to 12 characters and enter same in Confirm Password field.
- Click on Submit.
- Now visit here for login, enter your registered mobile number, password and click on Login.
- You can see a list of available packs and channels for d2h. To filter these packs you can select a language, zone and definition (SD/HD) based on your requirement.
- On the right hand side, you can also see an option on HD Channels, SD channels, Bouquets, and Basic Service Tier.
- Click on any option and check or uncheck channels or packs to add or remove channels from your list.
- Once you are done with your packs/channels selection click on Proceed.
- Review your channel selection and price, if you are okay you can confirm your selection.
If your Set Top Box is on you can see updated channels within few minutes.
