To change your Tata Sky packs online follow these steps.
- Visit My Tata Sky Portal and enter your subscriber id, choose a password, confirm the password, email and mobile number associated with your Tata Sky account. Click on the submit button. It is the one-time process which will register your account on My Tata Sky Portal.
- Visit here and enter the same mobile number you have entered in the last step.
- Now click on MANAGE PACK.
- It will ask for a password, enter the same password you have chosen it first step and click on the Submit button. Alternatively you can use OTP for login just click on Login using OTP.
- Now you can see an option of Modify Pack, click on it.
- A list of all available base packs, Add on packs, Regional packs, A-la-carte packs with pricing and duration of the pack will display on the screen. Select any base pack and click on Select & Proceed button
- On the next screen, you can see the list of active packs, packages which are going to add/drop. If everything is fine, click on Confirm button. Your changes will reflect on your TV within a few minutes.
