How to Change Tata Sky DTH packs online

To change your Tata Sky packs online follow these steps.

  1. Visit My Tata Sky Portal and enter your subscriber id, choose a password, confirm the password, email and mobile number associated with your Tata Sky account. Click on the submit button. It is the one-time process which will register your account on My Tata Sky Portal.

  2. Visit here and enter the same mobile number you have entered in the last step.
  3. Now click on MANAGE PACK.

  4. It will ask for a password, enter the same password you have chosen it first step and click on the Submit button. Alternatively you can use OTP for login just click on Login using OTP.

  5. Now you can see an option of Modify Pack, click on it.

  6. A list of all available base packs, Add on packs, Regional packs, A-la-carte packs with pricing and duration of the pack will display on the screen. Select any base pack and click on Select & Proceed button

  7. On the next screen, you can see the list of active packs, packages which are going to add/drop. If everything is fine, click on Confirm button. Your changes will reflect on your TV within a few minutes.

If you are not able to see new channels please give a missed call on 8089280892. If you are still facing any problem please contact Tata Sky customer care at 1800 208 6633.

  2. I have taken Tatasky connection paid the required charges. But not able to see the channels, I tried to contact the local Tatasky provider but he said, it is non of his business and I should contact the customer care. The customer care before buying TATASKY connection an executive was there to explain the queries. But after buying Tatasky you call customer care there be only recorded messages about our recharge, validity no executive to answer the question. I opted for chat but it says “OUR EXECUTIVE WILL CALL YOU IN A WHILE” it is almost 2hrs their IN A WHILE HAS NOT COME

Very bad quality package we had paid the money for one year but now only 3 months and our connection had been cut ….they are saying that there package has been changed…..how can they change the package suddenly in between of the year …..and when people have already paid them the money for one year for desired channels.

  4. As per trai act suddenly most of the chnnels were not coming i called customer care but idid,nt hore proper response iam fed up use ordinary mobile please do help me to view recommended channels as my package is monthly RS 220

      As per your message of date, it is stated that, “As per new TRAI tariff order, you have been migrated to the beswt fit plan which has your current key channels”. But no changes had incurred, even the currenty viewed channels are not appearing.
      I don”t understand that what is going on? There is no proper Customer Care Number, where I can contact, speak to them and change the desired packs/channels.
      Please revert immediately.

    As per TRAI act suddenly most of the channels were not coming . I called customer care and also Local dealer but i did’nt have proper response.I am fed up . I use ordinary mobile. Please do help me to view recommended channels as per my pack. My package is monthly Rs.169. Your earlier action on this will be appreciated.

    please note the following for the helpful guidance of in-numerous customers .I have contacted your helpline and executives on this regard but no fruitful result achieved from the discussion.
    2. You asked to contact few of your dealers for correct gudiance as to how to fix our plan and budget., all that you provided agents didnt reply or they said they no longer with Tata sky from Feb.2019.
    3. As your instruction I have paid Rs 246 +46 balance Rs.291/ at that time, now you fixed my next due date as 26th instead 1st of Apr.
    4. You choose our plan and ask us to remit charges and it is not our choice of channels., Channels are all chosen by you and all unwanted Hindi and Other Channels are thrust on us., not even our taste of Tamil channels are considered .Is this right to penalize like this…so far Nobody is know about your plan tariff budget etc. Hence please ask them contact me +919840915770 or send me your representative to fix the tariff and my plan soon other wise I will disconnect your service.My money is all swallowed by you.a mere cheat..without any delay please send your man on service to fix this soon.

  14. It’s time to recharge my pack. But when i login and go to change my pack I am being forced to choose a sports channel. I cannot see any other packs. What do I do?

      Currently, operators have not updated new plans, please wait for few more days. You have time till 31st January to opt for new packs.

  17. I want to change my pack from the present one month free pack ending by 17-7-18.My subscriber ID is 1278064504.I want to change south special pack of Rs.240.Present Balance Rs.250.

  18. Now a days TataSky does not allow a subscriber to add or drop a channel/pack online. You have to call them. Gone are days of adding/deleting a channel in a few clicks.
