Have you recharged your DTH recently? and still getting channels based on your older pack or your pack expired before time. Please read this post carefully to know the reason.
Due to new TRAI rules, all existing packs are no longer valid and operators are adding recharge amount in customers account balance instead of activating any pack. This issue is temporary, once all customers will be shifted to new plans pack can be activated/changed by recharges.
To change your pack you need to contact customer care of DTH operator or you can do it yourself by visiting operators website or sending SMS from your registered mobile number.
