How to modify Dish TV packs online

Turn on your Set Top Box and follow these steps to modify base packs, combo packs or a-la-carte packs on Dish TV.

  1. Visit official portal of Dish TV for registration.Dish TV Registration
  2. Click on your VC number or registered mobile number and click on Submit.
  3. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  4. Enter OTP and click on Validate.
  5. Enter your details like email, alternate mobile number, choose a password and security question.
  6. Now check “I have read and understood the terms and conditions as mentioned on Subscriber Application Form (SAF) and Accept them. DISHTV can use this information to provide me with better services
  7. Click on Submit. Your Dish TV account is now created.
  8. For login Click on Subscriber Corner.
  9. A pop up will appear to enter your VC number, password. After entering the credential click on Login.
  10. Choose your preferred category, zone, and type of channel (HD/SD)
  11. A list of packs and channels will appear under Dish Combo, Bouquets and Channels tabs.
  12. Based on your requirement, please choose any tab and view their pricing.
  13. On the right-hand side, you can see your current list of channels under HD channels, SD Channels, Bouquet and Basic Service Tier. Click on any option then a pop will appear to choose pack or channels.
  14. Check the channels or pack you want to watch and uncheck channels you want to remove.
  15. Once you are done with selection close the pop up by click on the cross icon(X) available at top right corner.
  16. Click on Proceed, review your selection and confirm it. New channels will appear on your TV within a few minutes.

    I have not seen tv over 7 days. After paying for 1 month I only could 7 days. When I complained I was told as you have not seen for7 days before rentinting. I automatically get cut off 7 days before the expiry of the rental ceases.
    I would like a confirmation that I will be able to see for a month after I have paid for 28/29/30/31 days.

  3. I Have a connection . i lost RMN for that account, i need to change the plan but without mobile no i cant log in . what to do

    1. Same problem was faced with me. I wrote a detailed email giving your vc no., and name from your registered email to customercare@dishtv.in. They will usually call you within 24 hrs. You can tell your problem.Ask them to register your current mobile with your vc no. It is a matter of click. When done you will receive a confirmation mail and this done. Call these numbers
      You will receive a message to rate their services. If your problem is not solved just give poor rating and write reason. You will immediately receive a call.from higher executives. Again tell your problem and it will be solved. USE PATIENCE WHILE KEEPING YOUR PHONE ON SPEAKER.

  4. We recharged for 230 rupees for the last 2 years for all tamil channels. For the last 6 months we are unable to see all tamil channels except sun tv and jaya tv. The dish tv cuts the tamil channels one by one every month and we are unable to see all the channels except the above two. Our efforts to change the package went in vain. However we continuously subscribe even though the service is very poor. We recharged today. Atleast change the package and help us to see all tamil channels.

  5. I want to make my chanal pack .in that some hd and other chanals .so give me proper gideline for that .Today my old pack finish.

    1. I had two connections- VC # 025 3807 3272 & 025 1277 2013….I want to get cancelled my first connection
      permanently…I paid Rs; 418/- for VC ….2013 but they were distributed in both the connection. I have sent
      the mail also last thursday but not no response. I want to recharge now again..but do not want it to be alloted to
      both. what to do.. I am in USA.. can not talk on local no.
